Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American broadcast reporter. The most recognizable role she has played is as anchorwoman on CNN's morning program At This Hour. She had previously been a co-host for the CNN morning programs on weekdays, New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan participated in the award-winning coverage by CNN of the presidential election 2012 and 2016. Her previous experience includes working as an Washington DC based correspondent, reporting on both the US House and Senate. Bolduan's coverage of congressional events and events during her time as part of the Capitol Hill Unit included the negotiations to raise the limit on debt for the United States and deliberations by the super-committee. Bolduan was an assignment reporter for general assignments, covering such reports such as Christmas Day 2009 bombing attempt as well as the Supreme Court's historic decision on Obamacare.
