Andrea Jeremiah
Andrea Maria Jeremiah, an Indian artist and actor, is most well known for her work in Tamil and Malayalam films. Her acting debut came in the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam in addition to her Malayalam debut with Annayum is in the film. Andrea Jeremiah was born in an Anglo-Indian family from Arakkonam in the capital of Tamil Nadu.Andrea's dad is an attorney working at the Madras High Court. She is the sibling of the researcher assistant who lives in Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah was raised near Chennai and attended National Public School and graduated from Women's Christian College. Andrea began learning classical piano at the age of eight. Andrea was a huge geek who wanted to become psychiatrist. When she was 10, she was in a group called the Jackson Five Young Stars which formed the foundation of her recording and composing music career. Additionally, she worked as professional theatre performers in the university. She was also the Student Senate President at Women's Christian College. Andrea started her career acting in the theatre, with Girish Karanad's Nagamandala. In 2006 she played in a new leo advertisement along with actor Shiva. She also starred in a TV show that aired on Podhigai. She has performed across India. There was a brief appearance on the Kanda Mudhal final (2005). Following her performance of a song in Gautham Vasudev Menon's Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu he asked her to play the leading female character in his next film Pachaikili Muthucharam. The film was an adaptation of the novel by James Siegel Derailed, with Andrea portraying Kalyani an aspiring homemaker, whose husband engages in an affair and then is forced to confess. Andrea was selected for the role after Simran and Tabu Two actresses were approached by producers. It was released early in 2010. The film was released in early 2010. for Venkat's Mankatha in 2011, which included a host of actors. In 2013 she was the first to debut in Malayalam cinema with Rajeev Ravi's love story Annayum Rasoolum.
