Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16, after she quit her gymnastics. In the year 17, she received her Professional Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her university education. In 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. Then she returned in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the event. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and returned with a sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division, despite not having any expectations. This is not a surprise since she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel's top body part to work out includes her lower back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, as well as seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to the actual workout. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of her back exercises doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be lightweight day, and the other heavy weight day.
